As the final and arguably most important stage of our photo chemical etching process, the quality control element is a priority here at Qualitetch.

While we know that photo etching is the most precise and reliable way of manufacturing top quality metal components, we want to ensure that every last micron is exactly as the client, brief and design intended.

That is why, following the etching and stripping stage, the finished parts are inspected using our automated optical inspection equipment. Of course, there are various manual and visual inspections carried out at each stage of the process, but by reviewing the finished articles with state-of-the-art equipment, we can ensure the highest standards and, if required, we can offer 100% First Article Inspection Reports.

In fact, our inspection is so meticulous that we hold the ISO 9001:2008 standard and the environmental ISO 14001:2004 standard, as well as Rolls-Royce approval.

After our automated optical inspection is complete, the finished parts can go on to further forming operations; like plating and finishing, or they are packed and dispatched to the customer.
