We offer a design for manufacture service that offers engineering solutions to help resolve production issues
Qualitetch have both sales and design teams in-house that have many years experience in working with companies on specific complex design solutions and we're ready to help your business if required.
Our FAQ’s page can also help provide design guidance regarding subjects such as: sheet sizes, additional services we offer, the tabbing of parts, multi-tooling of parts or simply the electronic files we can accept for our manufacturing processes.
We can also give guidance on which of the manufacturing processes we offer would be most suitable for your component part idea, as each process has it’s own particular added value, which could include material choice, thickness of material to be used & tolerances required.
We have both a technical sales team and a CAD design team who can help you manufacture your ideas in metal throughout the photo etching process.
Our assembly line approach reduces manufacturing time and allows us to save time by cutting unnecessary steps out of the manufacturing process.
Dedicated Team
We have a dedicated team of fully qualified professionals who are on hand to deal with and complete assembly work requests from our customers.
Bespoke Packaging
We offer assembly, soldering and spot welding, bespoke packaging, and also many other specialist bespoke customer requirements that our clients may have.
We're here to help...
Many of our customers take advantage of this design for manufacture service as it forms part of our overall commitment to offer a total metal component solution to customers worldwide.
The link here shows just a few of the products and components we have assisted customers with designing and manufacturing previously and we can offer a dedicated team to support you through the chosen process.
NDA’s are typically used if required to ensure protection of your designs and we would never share without consent and we hold all customer designs securely and electronically.
Alternatively, Qualitetch can advise on a particular process method that may also provide cost benefits for your components within the production process, or we can be involved if required to consult on a series of manufacturing techniques for a specific engineering problem that may require multiple processes such as photo etching a flat blank and then wire eroding a particularly tight feature.
